I just closed on my second home purchase with Tanner and Crandell Real Estate, and I HIGHLY recommend this amazing team. Tanner made this experience very smooth and his overall knowledge and skills gave me great comfort throughout this experience. I really appreciate how accessible Tanner made himself to me and how often he went above and beyond, e.g. during my final walkthrough, I mentioned my excitement to start shopping for furniture, and Tanner suddenly whipped out a tape measurer so that I could have the dimensions to each room to aid in my shopping. We used Crandell Real Estate to sell and buy a home. Tanner is a quality agent that has your best interest, has fantastic communication, and is reliable. One of the biggest things I noticed was that he is willing to spend the time looking for answers to any question or concern you have. Most good agents spend several hours at best digging for answers, but I know Tanner spent dozens of hours investigating all the questions and concerns I had. He really eased my anxiety of the whole home selling/buying process. I highly recommend using him!
